Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit -
Cash - Email Money Transfer
If you cancel more that 30 days prior to arrival you will be refunded all money paid to us.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
If we are able to re-rent the unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount
we recover less a $100 handling fee.
There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.
Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Condominium is smoke and pet free.
Guests arriving with pets or parties larger than the allowed size for the
condo they've reserved will be asked to make alternate arrangements for the extras in their party.
Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults, 3 children (12 & under)
For all stays 3 nights long or less, a $60 cleaning fee will be added for the 2 bedroom condo.
Security/damage deposit ($250.) will be, refunded when you return the unit in the pre-rental condition.
Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted
from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.
REFUND WILL BE, MAILED TO YOU WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE DAY.
